i had some luck with a Website call Siamget, there speak Thai but i think one of their staff can speak and reply in English.
i place an order for a Logitech mini boom box speaker and i got it delivery to my door step 2 hour later. i believe this is only possible for Bangkok address.

over service - Good - Fast Delivery very friendly
Down side - Speak Thai and kinda slow when i send in my email - direct call and ask for English speaking staff is faster.
